projects, Master Team partners with and works side by side with
its clients to make sure that all organisational competencies
and knowledge need are involved in each phase of the project |
In order to
guarantee practical results and the capacity of the system to
manage changes, the project consists of two activities
- Management support to detect and adopt the solution that
best meet the operational needs of the company
- Managerial development, through an action plan aimed at
knowledge sharing and developing new skills and competencies
required by changes

STEERING COMMITTEE |

| In all our
projects we plan a steering committee that periodically reviews
and checks project progress and quality results. The committee
normally is composed of top management representatives of the
client organisation and of the Master Team partner responsible
for the overall quality of the project. |
Our approach involves actively the client since the beginning of the
process. Doing so, we are able to study a customized plan for the
customer and we can transfer to the client, all competencies
requested to manage autonomously the new situation. |
